    - We happily accept custom design options. DM us for all custom design requests and please read our policies for learning the process.

    * PROCESSING
    - After the payment is received, please allow us approx. 4 weeks to prepare the item for shipment.
    - The reason for this time period is that all products are handcrafted. This time is required in order to make a precise work of master craftsmanship.
    - Shipping takes up to 1 week internationally. With the time added for preparation, it takes approximately 4-5 weeks in total for you to receive your order.
    - USA orders: shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — all customs duties and import taxes are already included in your price. No extra fees on delivery.
    - EU orders: no customs duties apply — you pay only the listed price.
    - Other destinations: please check your local import regulations before ordering.
    - Rooted in the centuries-old jewelry tradition of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, each piece is now handcrafted and finished in our own atelier in Ruse, Bulgaria.
