Refund and Return Policy 

Thanks for shopping at Mu Design Jewelry. We hope you are satisfied with your product. However, if there is any defect on your product please contact us and provide the order number and the details of the problem on the order. 

Since Mu Design Jewelry products are handmade and customizable (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving), our return and refund policy is as follows;

Due to personal customization on these products, Mu Design Jewelry do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS the products are damaged or defective upon arrival or there is a misspelling or error in the customization or design due to a mistake by Mu Design.

In this case;

• Notify Mu Design Jewelry within 14 days of receipt.
• All product packaging (such as boxes), accessories, and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, etc. must be returned with the item. Otherwise, Mu design Jewelry may deny the return, or make a deduction on your refund for what is missing.
• If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, Mu Design will reimburse for what you return, minus the value of the discount.
• Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery may not be refunded.

Once Mu Design Jewelry receives your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified. Mu Design Jewelry reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

If your return is approved, Mu Design Jewelry will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Alternatively, you may be offered a coupon or voucher (if applicable).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are entitled a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
