Refund and Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Mu Design Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your piece. If something is not right, please contact us at sales@mudesignjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and details of the issue.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

Every piece we make is produced to order rather than taken from a shelf. This does not affect your right to return a catalogue piece.

Catalogue pieces, meaning any item listed in our shop in its standard form and offered options such as size, metal or finish, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with its box, booklet, warranty card and, where applicable, any certificate supplied with it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Pieces that have been resized, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

A piece is treated as personalised, and cannot be returned, if it carries anything specific to you or was made to your own brief. This means:

- an engraving, stamp, monogram, initials, name, date or lodge name
- a design commissioned by you, or an existing design altered at your request
- a stone, metal or specification chosen by you that we do not offer as a standard option on that listing

If any of these apply, the listing will say so and we will confirm it with you in writing before production begins.

FAULTS AND OUR OWN ERRORS

This exclusion never covers our mistakes. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or with an error in the engraving or the design that was made by us, we will repair, remake or refund it at no cost to you, personalised or not. Please write within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photograph.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece we will tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the piece was bought as part of a set or with a promotional discount, we refund the amount actually paid for it.
