Shipping policy

All orders ship from our atelier in Ruse, Bulgaria, with FedEx. Shipping is free worldwide.

Every piece is packed in a standard secure box, together with its booklet, warranty card and receipt.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

United States: import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so your order arrives Delivered Duty Paid. Nothing further is collected on delivery.

European Union: no customs duties apply. You pay the listed price and nothing more.

All other destinations: rules vary by country, so please check your local import regulations before ordering.

YOUR PHONE NUMBER

FedEx will not accept a package without a telephone number for the recipient, and that number has to appear on the shipping documents. Please add yours at checkout.

PRODUCTION

Every piece is made to order, so nothing is taken off a shelf. We write to you as the work progresses and send a photograph of the finished piece before it is packed.
